The new father Jeremy McConnel has not yet met the son he had with his former partner Stephanie Davis. Jeremy learned through the DNA test that he is the father of Stephanie’s son, but despite that good news he has not yet been able to meet his baby.
The star shared the news of her new paternity through Instagram sharing an adorable photo of the baby Caben who was born on January 13.
Sources say that although Jeremy and Stephanie have not agreed that Jeremy should know his son even though both have good intentions to solve their problems for the sake of their son.
Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell had an intense relationship last year during Celebrity Big Brother, fell in love and their relationship continued after leaving program although a few months later they finished it. Stephanie soon said that she was pregnant although Jeremy did not believe it and said it was a lie.
After Jeremy confirmed with his photo on Instagram that he was the father of the baby Caben fans on Twitter went crazy sending messages of both good wishes and reproaches.
But one source says he has done absolutely nothing to get in touch with his son. Although others say that he wants to be a part of his son’s life: “Jeremy every intention of his meeting is as soon as possible – any suggestion otherwise is nonsense.”
This has been a drama that has lasted for months as Stephanie felt devastated and humiliated by Jeremy’s attitude during her nine months of pregnancy and always said that he was the father of her baby.
Now everything seems to indicate that if he is the father and that he wants everyone to know, besides that he wants to be part of the life of his son.
Sources claim that Stephanie spent a very difficult time during her pregnancy because she felt a lot of pressure and humiliation on the part of Jeremy since he said that he was not the father of his son.
“Jeremy has caused Stephanie massive amounts of stress, pressure and upset throughout her pregnancy, ruining what for most women is one of the most special time [s] of their lives.”
It went on: “Jeremy has been at the point throughout the pregnancy or birth in contact with Stephanie. Jeremy was categorically not banned from the birth, nor did he ever ask to attend.
“Jeremy has been given the option at all times to take part in a DNA test, because of past behavior Stephanie has requested that this is handled via the correct channels and managed by her solicitor.”
