Can you imagine her singing ‘Under the Sea’ and the rest of Disney classic songs?
The actress wants to re-sing and be a Disney girl, so she has postulated with very little dissimulation to star in the new version of the fairy tale that prepares the study
The little mermaid is the most expected remakes of real action that prepares Disney from its classics of animation. Although it is a project that is still in a very early stage of preparation, it is already known that Lin-Manuel Miranda and Alan Menken will deal with music, but little else. For example, who will lead it?
For the latter, Lindsay Lohan has a very clear candidate: herself.
Lindsay Lohan continues to insist on her goal: to become Ariel in the new live-action version of The Little Mermaid. Last November, Lohan announced that she wanted to star in the Disney movie, as it was her “dream character.” Now, three months later, he insists again.
The 30-year-old actress who in her childhood was a popular Disney girl has published on her Instagram account a photo of her redhead mane compared to that of the mermaid Ariel of the animation classic, postulating to star in the new movie studio.
We do not say it ourselves, but she in the caption of the image, where she shows that she already has the whole project in mind:
“I would sing again like Ariel in The Little Mermaid if Disney approves of Bill Condon directing her. My sister Ali Lohan would sing the main theme of the soundtrack. Also, Kristen Graham should play Ursula, simply because she’s the best, “wrote Lindsay Lohan to accompany the photo.
The catch comes from Entertainment Weekly because after the fuss over Instagram; Lohan decided to edit the photo and leave the post with the short hashtag #thelittlemermaid (#lasirenita). Will it have received any touch from Disney?
For now, what Bill Condon has directed is the new version of The Beauty and the Beast that stars Emma Watson and is due to premiere next month.
About the chances that Lindsay Lohan will get the role of Ariel in the future version of Disney’s Little Mermaid let’s just say we’re not going to hold our breath until there’s official confirmation.
Who is expected to play a little mermaid is Chloë Grace Moretz, but in the parallel version of the same story that is preparing on its own Sony under the direction of Rebecca Thomas.
