Celebrity News: The businesswoman and model accused her former partner of cyberbullying.
Blac Chyna managed to get a restraining order against reality show star Rob Kardashian at a Los Angeles court.
Chyna and her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, entered the courtroom and left satisfied. “This was a restraining order to protect Dream and I’m just gonna get back to co-parenting Dream,” said Chyna.
Bloom said: “I am pleased to announce that in court this morning we had a complete and total victory, the judge gave us everything we asked for which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian restraining him from coming near her and restraining him from cyberbullying, restraining him posting anything about her online of a personal nature including photos and videos.”
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James E. Blancarte granted the order to the former stripper and asked that she return for a hearing on the case on 8 August. The magistrate also expressed concern about the future and well-being of the couple’s daughter.
For his part, Kardashian did not appear in court but sent to represent his lawyer, Robert Shapiro. “I personally on behalf of Rob Kardashian apologized and offered our regrets on what has taken place in the last couple of days,” said the lawyer.
This indicated that Rob is in the willingness to work out an agreement with his ex for the upbringing, education, and welfare of the daughter of both, which he said is currently under the care of the Kardashian.
In an interview on Good Morning America, Bloom accused Kardashian of cyberbullying and domestic violence for a series of pornographic hackings he posted on Instagram last week.
So much so, that posts led to the closing of Kardashian’s account on Instagram, but he continued his Twitter attacks, to become a worldwide trend.
Kardashian and Chyna announced their engagement in April 2016 and starred in an E! About their relationship. The couple separated a month later. His daughter, Dream, was born last November.
