The transformation of the former footballer is the aspect that will have in the next film ‘King Arthur: Legend of the Sword’
Soccer star David Beckham has published a photograph in which he appears unrecognizable.
In the image she shared on Instagram, Victoria Beckham’s husband wears a scar – from mouth to forehead – rotting teeth and a bulging nose.
“Hard day at the office”, wrote the sportsman next to the photo that in its first eight hours reached more than 478 thousand “like.”
The transformation of the former footballer is the aspect that will appear in Guy Ritchie’s next film, ‘King Arthur: Legend of the Sword’, which will hit theaters in May.
“I recognize that many athletes and other celebrities have tried to be actors and have failed. What I’ve done so far has fascinated me. I can deal with most things, and I’m a known person, so I’m used to criticism, “Beckham said of his role as an interpreter in an interview with The Times in 2015.
In the film, David will have the role of a knight who fails in his plan to remove the famous sword from the rock. The 41-year-old English athlete has shown his concerns about acting in a pair of commercials for the H & M clothing store, and also had a small cameo in the film Operation U.N.C.L.E.
King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword
British director Guy Ritchie (Operation U.N.C.L.E., Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows, RocknRolla) stands behind the cameras to revive this new film version of the classic story of King Arthur. Its protagonists are Charlie Hunnam, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey (The Sex of the Angels, Pirates of the Caribbean, in mysterious tides), Djimon Hounsou (The Legend of Tarzan, Fast & Furious 7) Jude Law (The Big Hotel Budapest, Anna Karenina), and Eric Bana (Deliver Us Evil, The Only Survivor).
This story follows Arthur as a young man living in Londonium, present-day London, and is the head of a gang. His life changes completely when he hits the sword, so his future will be sealed and the young man must make complicated decisions to learn to master and control his powers. Next to Hunnam, they star in the film the young Guinevere (Astrid Bergès-Frisbey) and the evil Vortigern (Jude Law).
